The Iowa Hawkeyes fell to Indiana on the road last night in NCAA basketball action 77-64. In Ames, Iowa State beat Northern Illinois 94-80 to notch their fifth straight win.
In prep action, Keokuk’s boys beat Danville by a hair 74-73. Keokuk’s girls won as well, 60-40.
In other girls finals, Louisa-Muscatine fell to Wilton 79-50. Illini West over Camp Point Central 49-27.
The Chicago Bulls have lost nine in a row now and sit at the bottom of the NBA at 3-19 following a home loss to Cleveland 113-91.
SCC plays tonight, hosting DMACC in a game that can be heard on Hot 97.3. In women’s college basketball, SCC takes on Grand View, Iowa Wesleyan travels to play Drake, and Western Illinois hosts SEMO.
