Marti Clark
The Lee County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of 23 year old Marti Clark of Keokuk. Clark was taken into custody at 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and transported to the Lee county Jail. According to court records, she was facing charges of fifth degree theft in South Lee County Court, a warrant for her arrest had been issued in May.
Jerry Johnson
The Burlington Police department took 33 year old Jerry Johnson into custody at 1:27 this (Wednesday) Morning at the Catfish Bend Casino on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Johnson was transported to the Des Moines County Jail and held on $5000 bond.
Kendra Moberg
33 year old Kendra Moberg was arrested by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s office yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. She is being held with no bond at the Des Moines County Jail for a five day sentence for Contempt of Court. Court records indicate that she was charged on June 19th for possession Meth. Moberg reportedly intentionally disrupted the court.
Shawn Dix
Shawn Dix was arrested by the Burlington Police Department for a probation violation. A warrant was issued on the 20th for his arrest. The 44 year old is being held in the Des Moines County jail on $20,000 bond.
