Roy Stewart
West Burlington Police took 35 year old Roy Stewart into custody yesterday (Wednesday) at 12:08 in the afternoon. Stewart had a warrant for an assault on a police officer in Burlington on the 25th of this month. He is also has a trespass charge dating back to the 23rd of this month. Arrest records show Stewart has three warrants pending in other jurisdictions, besides his local charges.
Ausia Coleman
Ausia Coleman is back in jail, Coleman was arrested on the 21st of this month on charges of domestic abuse. Court records show a protective order was put in place on the 22nd. Coleman was arrested just before 1:00 Pm yesterday (Wednesday) for violation of that protective order and criminal mischief in the third degree. She is currently being held without bond.
Angel Arguello
Burlington Police Department report the arrest of 19 year old Angel Arguello on a warrant from Louisa County on a charge of violation of probation. Court records show that he pleaded guilty to drug charges in February of this year. Arguello was held with no bond pending extradition to Louisa County.
Letty Garza
According to arrest logs, 25 year old Letty Garza is being held with no bond for violation of a no contact order. Garza was taken into custody yesterday (Wednesday) around 3:30 in the afternoon and transported to the Des Moines County Jail.
