Melinda Pollmeier
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 30 year old Melinda Pollmeier from Mt. Pleasant. According to authorities, Pollmeier was arrested on a warrant for violation of her probation, she was taken to the Lee county jail on a $20,000 cash bond. Pollmeier was initially charged with possession of a controlled substance in March of 2017.
Mathew Boon
32 year old Mathew Boon of Fort Madison is being held at the lee County Jail on charges of giving a false report to law enforcement, first offense stalking and violation of a no contact order. Court records show Boon has also been charged with unlawful possession of a prescription drug. Boon was already facing charges of second degree burglary and violation of his probation, as well as forgery charges. The Lee County Sheriff’s office took Boon into custody yesterday (Wednesday) at around 1:30 in the afternoon.
