Robert Benacka
43 year old Robert Benacka has been arrested again. Benacka was charged earlier this month for a robbery in which he used a taxi as his getaway vehicle. The Des Moines County Sheriff’s office arrest him yesterday (Thursday) for trespass, fifth degree criminal mischief and fifth degree theft, forgery, two counts of unlawful use of a credit card, second degree theft and third degree burglary. Benacka is being held at the Des Moines County Jail on $20,000 bond.
John Cole
The West Burlington Police Department has arrested 61 year old John Cole on drug charges. Cole was taken into custody at 12:47 this (Friday) morning. He is being held on $10,000 bond for possession of cocaine and marijuana. Cole was taken to the Des Moines County Jail and held for an initial court appearance.
Andrew Brosman
24 year old Andrew Brosman was taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department yesterday on a warrant for violation of his parole. Brosman was on parole for second degree burglary. He is being held on a $10,000 bond at the Des Moines County Jail.
Denis Coulter
The Des Moines County Sheriff’s office has arrested 27 year old Denise Coulter on a warrant from McDonough County. She was charged with delivery of a controlled substance in Illinois and is being held on a $75,000 bond pending extradition.
Cody Lincoln
The Burlington Police Department arrested 26 year old Cody Lincoln early this (Friday) morning for on a warrant from Johnson County on an original charge of OWI. Lincoln is being held at the Des Moines County Jail on no bond.
