Felony Drug Charges have been filed against a Fort Madison Woman following an investigation by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force.
According to a press release, warrants were issued for the arrest of 39 year old Brooke Winn of Fort Madison following an investigation by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force. Winn is charged with 3 counts of delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine, within 1000 Feet of a Park, class C felonies with enhancements.
If convicted, Winn faces up to 45 years in a state correctional facility.
The Lee County Attorney’s Office, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, and the Fort Madison Police Department assisted the Lee County Narcotics Task Force in this investigation.
