The West Burlington Police Department took 27-year-old Brandon Haynes into custody for a violation of his parole. Court records show that Haynes was on parole for charges of possession of meth and forgery in Des Moines County and possession of contraband in a correctional facility in Washington County. He is being held on a $5000 bond.
The High-Risk Unit took 31-year-old Justin Downs Sr, into custody at 12:45 Wednesday. Downs was held at the Des Moines County Jail on no bond for a violation of his parole.
37-year-old Lili Holster was arrested by the West Burlington Police Department on an out of State-Warrant from Henderson County Illinois. Her bond was set at $20,000 for an original charge of possession of meth and a needle. She will be held for extradition or until she posts bond.
