29-year-old Almalicia NMN Guajardo of Monmouth and 25-year-old Colin Jess Brooks of Burlington were both arrested a little after 4 o’clock Sunday morning on Second Degree Criminal Mischief Felony charges. Brooks was also charged with Serious Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance for Marijuana. They were taken to the Des Moines County Jail with separate $5,000 bonds.
