McDonough County, Il (WGEM)- Illinois State Police are investigating the cause of a fatal single-vehicle crash Friday morning.
According to the crash report, the incident happened in McDonough County at 12:07 a.m. on U.S. 67, about a half a mile north of 350 North.
Police say the driver ran off the road, overcorrected, and overturned multiple times.
One of the occupants was thrown from the vehicle and later pronounced dead at the scene.
ISP continues to investigate and has not yet released the identity of the deceased.
