Arrests 12/18

Burlington, Ia- 32-year-old Cody Jones of Monmouth was arrested by the Burlington police department early Wednesday morning at 2761 Mt. Pleasant Street in Burlington.  He was arrested on an out of state warrant from Henderson County, Illinois for Domestic Battery.  He was taken to the Des Moines County Courthouse on a $10,000 cash-only bond.

29-year-old Justin Gosse of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin was apprehended by Burlington police at 101 South Leebrick Street in Burlington late Tuesday night.  He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (Marijuana), and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

46-year-old Marcus Gilberg of Livingston, Montana was arrested Tuesday evening at Sunnyside and Golf Lane in Burlington.  He was arrested for carrying an illegal weapon and possession of methamphetamine.  He was arrested and taken to Des Moines County Jail on a bond of $2,000.

33-year-old Danielle Fenton of Iowa City was taken into custody by Burlington Police late Tuesday evening at the intersection of Sunnyside and Golf Lane in Burlington.  She was charged with a number of offenses including Carrying Illegal Weapons, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, possession of less than 100 Grams of Cocaine, Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, and Possession of a Controlled Substance for Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Xanax, and Alprazolam.  She was taken to Des Moines County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

30-year-old Jacob Hogberg of Burlington was arrested early Wednesday morning at 201 Jefferson Street in Burlington.  He was arrested for Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of Offensive Weapons (Sawed-off Shotgun).  He is being held at Des Moines County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

32-year-old Tyler Jennings of Burlington was apprehended by Burlington Police at 3001 Kirkwood Street early Wednesday morning.  He was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of parole.  He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
