Burlington, Ia- The Second day of hearings in front of the civil services union for a former Des Moines County Sheriff’s Deputy will be held Thursday.
Al Waterman the former deputy and Sheriff’s Candidate is appealing his firing which involved charges of insubordination, failing to report misconduct, and being unprofessional.
The Hearing will be held at 8 AM at the Des Moines County Courthouse.
