Burlington, Ia- Starting Tuesday construction crews will begin resurfacing the southern-most lane of Agency Street between Shields and Curran street.
During this time, traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions on Agency Street.
Traffic will be open as normal on Wednesday, provided work stays on schedule.
