Burlington, Ia (the Hawk-Eye)- The Des Moines County courthouse will continue to remain closed for the foreseeable future for those who don’t have an appointment.
The Hawk Eye reports that criminal cases will begin having in-person hearings again on June 1st.
The Des Moines County Board of Supervisors ordered the courthouse closed on the 19th of March.
No opening date has been set or even discussed.
