West Burlington, Ia- A Quincy, Il woman was arrested in West Burlington Monday afternoon.
35 Year old Kandy Lewis of Quincy was arrested by West Burlington Police at the intersection of Agency St. and Roosevelt Avenue.
She was arrested on an Adams County Illinois warrant for selling a stolen vehicle.
She is housed at Des Moines County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
