
Muscatine, Ia (WQAD)- The city of Muscatine reopened playgrounds to the public after closing due to COVID-19.
TV station WQAD reports that all playgrounds in Muscatine’s city parks reopened to the public on Wednesday. The city’s Parks and Recreation Department urged people to continue to practice social distancing and community health guidelines to help curb the spread of the virus.
As of Thursday, Muscatine county has 564 positive cases of coronavirus, with 460 recoveries, and 41 deaths.
