Burlington, Ia- The Burlington School Board will be holding a special meeting Wednesday to discuss the plan for students’ return to school this fall.
The board was originally going to vote on the next reading of policies for school operations during the coronavirus pandemic on Monday, but the meeting was postponed for an unknown reason.
The school board will instead meet on Wednesday to vote on the new policies.
Some of the new policies include a mask requirement for students and staff, as well as giving the superintendent the ability to transition students to online learning if necessary.
