Keokuk man arrested on Drug Charges

Keokuk, Ia-  The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has reported the arrest of a Keokuk man on multiple drug-related charges.

45-year-old Todd Spurgeon of Keokuk was arrested Monday in the 2600 block of Main Street in Keokuk.  Spurgeon is charged with a warrant for Violation of Parole; Delivery of Methamphetamine less than 5 grams (2nd offense), Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Providing False Identification to Law Enforcement.

The arrest of Spurgeon stems from an investigation by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force into allegations that he was involved in the distribution of illegal drugs in the Lee County area.
