West Burlington, Ia- The West Burlington School District has approved a hybrid learning plan for students return this Monday.
The West Burlington School Board met Wednesday to approve the new plan.
School will start on Monday, August 31st with 3rd through 12th graders attending school in person on alternate days, with online learning on their off days.
Kindergarten through 2nd graders will attend school in person Monday through Thursday with Fridays being used to serve individuals or small groups of students at teacher/parent request. The preschool return plan remained the same.
This plan will remain in place for the next 4 weeks with a decision on how to move forward made by the board at their September 21st meeting.
