Burlington, Ia- An additional death related to COVID-19 has been reported in Des Moines County.
The Iowa Department of Public Health reported 1 additional COVID-19 related death in Des Moines County, bringing the total death toll in the county to 6.
According to the latest numbers on the state’s coronavirus tracking website, the county currently is at 652 positive cases, with 221 recoveries, and a 14-day positivity rate of 6.9%.
The state of Iowa is at a total of 71,594 positive cases, with 51,625 recoveries, 1,204 deaths, and a 14-day positivity rate of 9.6%.
