Keokuk man arrested on multiple drug charges

Keokuk, Ia- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrest of a Keokuk man on multiple drug-related charges.

37-year-old James Moore of Keokuk (above) was arrested Saturday, October 17th, in the 1200 Block of Missouri Ave. in Keokuk.

Moore was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver more than 5 grams of Methamphetamine 2nd Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver Buprenorphine, a (Schedule III Controlled Substance) 2nd Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver Psilocybin Mushrooms 2nd Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana 2nd Offense, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The arrest of Moore stems from the Keokuk Police Department making contact with a reported suspicious vehicle in the area.
