Burlington, Ia- A completion date for the new Tama Building project has been set.
The Hawk Eye reports that Des-Moines based developer Doug Wells presented the City Council with a timeline for the project over the phone on Monday.
The expected completion date is now December 31st of 2021.
Construction of the new complex was set to begin earlier this year but most of the work has been delayed until next year.
Bids for most of the construction are set to go out on December 15th, with bids for the retail portion of the project going out in January.
