Burlington, Ia- Another popular event in the Burlington area has been canceled due to concerns surrounding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The annual SnowBull Rodeo, held at Burlington Memorial Auditorium in March has been canceled.
In a post to social media, event organizers voted to cancel the 2021 event, “Due to the uncertainty of where Coronavirus restrictions will be in March, we can’t commit to the thousands and thousands of dollars of contracts required to hold the event.”
The post also stated the event will return in March of 2022 at the Auditorium and will feature the Rice Bull Riding Company and the riders of the Central Bull Riders Association.
