Des Moines, Ia- The Iowa Department of Public Health on Wednesday reported an additional 1,845 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.
That brings the total of positive cases in Iowa since the start of the pandemic to 299,910. 10 additional deaths related to COVID-19 were also reported bringing that total to 4,232.
A total of 260,502 people have recovered from the virus in Iowa, and a grand total of 1,405,142 people have been tested.
Hospitalizations in Iowa again decreased slightly. 516 people were hospitalized with COVID-19 with 70 people in ICUs and 30 on ventilators.
