2 Burlington men arrested on Drug charges

Burlington, Ia-  The Burlington Police Department has reported the arrests of two Burlington men on drug-related charges.

On Saturday, January 16th, detectives with the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force and the Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement, along with the Burlington Police Department, the Des Moines and Henry County Sheriff’s Offices, and the Iowa State Patrol executed multiple search warrants throughout the Burlington area.

23-year-old Michael Bernard Hicks Jr. (Left) and 27-year-old Domonick Antwan Hicks (Right) of Burlington were arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Drug House, and Child Endangerment.

Both are being held at Des Moines County Jail on bond pending a court appearance.  This investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
