Middletown, Ia- The Des Moines County Sheriff’s office has announced the arrest of a Middletown woman on domestic violence charges.
On Wednesday, June 16th, 2021, at approximately 9:11 a.m., the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office responded to 10791 Boundary Avenue in Middletown, in reference to an assault.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, 21-year-old Travis Peel being evaluated by paramedics for a head injury. During the investigation, deputies discovered that 18-year olf Alex Pfeiff had struck Peel in the head with a cast-iron skillet.
Pfeiff was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Abuse Assault and taken to the Des Moines County Jail with No Bond.
