Clark County, MO.- A Southeast Iowa woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in northeast Missouri.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at around 12:30 PM Saturday, a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Ashley Sturm of Keokuk was traveling east on US Highway 136, 2 miles west of Wayland, MO.
Sturm’s vehicle traveled off of the right side of the road, struck an embankment, and overturned. Sturm was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clark County Coroner.
According to police, Sturm was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
