Burlington, IA- Des Moines County has pushed back a fall project due to an issue that happened on a possible detour route.
The Hawk Eye reports that the project on Agency Road had to be postponed due to Henry County closing Salem Road, which Des Moines County Engineer Brian Carter thought would be a detour road for the project.
Due to the delays, the Agency Road project has been pushed back several weeks. A deadline for the project has yet to be set.
