Keokuk, IA- The Iowa Transportation Commission has approved funding for the Keokuk Riverfront Trail Project.
The Pen City Current reports that the commission has approved nearly $1.5 million for multiple state recreational trail projects.
The funding will go to projects on the Heart of Iowa Nature Trail, Raccoon River Valley Trail, Grant Wood Trail, and Keokuk River Trail
