West Burlington, IA- A West Burlington Chiropractor will be allowed to keep his license despite accusations of assault.
The Hawk Eye reports that Joel Rexroth of Rexroth Chiropractic must take ethics training classes, pay $1,000 in civil fees, and be supervised by a chaperone when treating women for a year as part of a settlement with the Iowa Board of Chiropractic.
The agreement comes about a year after Rexroth was charged with assault after accusations were made by a patient that he commented on the person’s body and touched them inappropriately.
