Des Moines, IA- Governor Reynolds has appointed a new judge in Judicial Election District 8B.
The Pen City Current reports that Clinton Boddicker of Keokuk was selected by Reynolds to serve as a District Judge. Boddicker has served as Lee County Attorney and has worked in private practice.
Boddicker will replace District Jude Mary Ann Brown, who is retiring at the end of 2021.
District 8B includes Lee, Des Moines, Henry, and Louisa Counties.
