Multiple arrests made in methamphetamine trafficking investigation

Mt. Pleasant, IA-  The Henry County Sheriff’s Office has announced multiple arrests in connection with a methamphetamine trafficking investigation.

In early 2022, The Henry County Sheriff’s Office and Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force began a Methamphetamine trafficking investigation in the Henry county and Southeast Iowa area, which was conducted by multiple agencies over several months.

Multiple arrests were made during the investigation.

On May 13th, 39-year-old Mitchell Grelk of Farmington was arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine over 5 Grams, and Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine.

On May 16th, 41-year-old Robert Krieger of Mount Pleasant was arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, and Drug Tax Stamp Violation.

On  Thursday, May 26th, 38-year-old Clinton Jesse of Mount Union was arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine.

The investigation is ongoing.
