Judge agrees to move trial for Fairfield teen accused of murder

Fairfield, IA-  A Judge has agreed to move the trial for a Fairfield teen accused of killing a high school Spanish teacher out of Jefferson County.

TV Station KHQA reports that lawyers for Willard Miller asked a judge for the move due to the widespread publicity surrounding the trial.

The judge said that a new location for the trial will be discussed soon.

Miller and Jeremy Goodale are charged with murder in connection with the death of Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber.

The trial has been scheduled to begin on November 1st.  Goodale’s trial is set to begin on August 23rd.
