Burlington man arrested for drug charges

Burlington, IA-  The Burlington Police Department has announced the arrest of a Burlington man for multiple drug-related offenses.

On Friday, June 03, 2022, the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force, assisted by the Burlington Police Department, the Des Moines Sheriff’s Office, and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office including their K-9 Unit, executed a search warrant in the 1600 block of South Street, in Burlington, Iowa.

46-year-old Adrian Lamont Campbell of Burlington was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance; Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Campbell is being held in the Des Moines County Jail without bond pending an initial court appearance.
