West Burlington, IA- The Senior Health Insurance Information Program will present two Welcome to Medicare seminars at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center this summer.
SHIIP is a free, confidential service of the State of Iowa that provides unbiased information to help Iowans make decisions about Medicare and other health coverage. People should enroll in Medicare as soon as they turn 65.
These seminars will cover Medicare Parts A and B benefits, prescription drug benefits, Medicare advantage plans, Medicare supplement insurance, and identifying Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse.
The two seminars will be offered at 5 PM June 30th in the Blackhawk room at the West Burlington campus and at 5 PM August 16th in the Willard conference room on the Fort Madison campus.
The registration deadline for the first seminar is Monday, June 20th, and August 8th for the second.
