Burlington, IA- The Burlington-based Two Rivers Financial Group has announced plans to expand operations into Lee County.
The Hawk Eye reports that the expansion involves an agreement to acquire Lee County Bank locations in Mount Pleasant and Fort Madison.
Lee County Bank will operate as a subsidiary of Two Rivers. The deal remains subject to regulatory approval, among other conditions, and is expected to be finalized in the third quarter.
