Burlington, IA- The Burlington Police Department will be hosting its 20th Citizens Police Academy, starting February 21st, 2023.
The Citizens Police Academy is directed towards Burlington area citizens who wish to learn more about how the department operates by providing classroom and field instruction in various aspects of law enforcement.
Participants must be 18 years of age, and willing to attend all 8 weekly sessions. The sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9:30 PM, with one Saturday morning.
