Hamilton, Ill- The Dallas Rural Water District has issued a boil order for the entire system.
The Dallas Rural Water District identified a water main break at about 6 AM Tuesday, January 24th. It has been isolated and crews are working to fix it as quickly as possible. Some areas of the system may have no water while others have extremely reduced pressure.
A boil order was issued for the entire system until further notice. The order is issued to consumers to boil all drinking and culinary water for at least five minutes before use.
