Henry County, IA- The Henry County Sheriff’s Office says three people were arrested Friday, April 21st following the execution of a search warrant.
TV Station KTVO reports that Henry County Deputies executed a search warrant in Wayland, Iowa at about 7:30 AM Friday.
As a result, three people, 48-year-old Curtis Wagler, 49-year-old Lori Wagler, and 20-year-old Owen Wagler, all of Wayland were arrested and charged with Ongoing Criminal Conduct, four counts of 1st Degree Theft, and five counts of 2nd Degree Theft.
The search warrant was part of an ongoing investigation into multiple complaints of theft from a business in Wayland.
