According to Gas.Buddy.com, the average price of gas in Iowa decreased by 1.9 cents per gallon over the past week to $3.38 per gallon as of Tuesday morning.
Gas prices in Iowa are now 4 cents lower than one month ago, and 89.4 cents lower than one year ago.
The national average price of gas increased by 3 cents to $3.55 per gallon.
