
Mediapolis, IA- The Mediapolis School Board has approved the hiring of a new Activities Director and Assistant Principal.
During a special meeting on Thursday, June 22nd, the Mediapolis School Board approved Brian Borrison to serve as Activities Director and 6-12 Assistant Principal. Borrison has served a high school teacher and an instructional coach within the district since 2004.
Also serving as a head football coach, middle school basketball, and track coach. Borrison plans to retain his positions as head football and track coach for the 2023-24 school year.
“We are incredibly excited to have Mr. Borrison serve in this important administrative role in our school district. Brian brings a unique skill set to this position. His leadership will be an integral part in supporting the vision and growth of our district,” Superintendent Adam Magliari said.
The current Activities Director and Assistant Principal Mike Wolter has accepted a new position as principal for the Columbus Community School District.
