Iowa City, IA- Former Iowa State Legislator and University of Iowa Law Professor Christina Bohannan on Tuesday, August 15th announced her campaign for Iowa’s 1st Congressional District.
The Des Moines Register reports that Bohannan announced her 2024 campaign Tuesday in Davenport alongside the President of the Quad City Federation of Labor Dan Gosa, as well as other union members.
Bohannan lost in the 2022 election for the 1st congressional district to Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks by about 7 percentage points.
