Macomb, Ill.- The Macomb Police Department says that a teen was critically injured after falling from a vehicle on Saturday, September 9th.
According to a news release, at about 9:58 PM Saturday, McDonough County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a traffic incident in Macomb. Deputies responded as part of a cooperative effort with area law enforcement, due to Mega Reunion weekend.
The incident involved a juvenile falling from a moving vehicle and striking his head.
The juvenile was severely injured in the incident and was airlifted to an area hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
