Burlington, IA- The City of Burlington has released the schedule for the annual fall leaf collection.
The collection begins on Monday, October 16th. Burlington Solid Waste Crews will collect leaves, lawn and garden waste, and twigs no larger than 1 inch in diameter for 7 weeks in the fall.
All materials must be placed in paper yard waste bags. Waste crews will not collect from 33-gallon cans or city-supplied carts.
The weight limit is 40 pounds per bag.
