Burlington, IA- The Burlington Police Department has announced the arrest of two men on drug-related charges.
According to a news release, for the past several months the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force has had an ongoing investigation involving the trafficking of narcotics at 1404 Lucas Avenue in Burlington.
On Wednesday, November 15th, a search warrant was executed at the residence, and evidence of narcotic trafficking was located.
As a result of the search warrant, Marcus Steele was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.
Emmanuel Davis was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense, as well as a Joliet Illinois warrant for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
