Burlington, IA- The Burlington Police Department is launching their 9 PM routine.
According to an online post, the 9 PM Routine is a nightly reminder to residents to remove valuables from their vehicles, lock their doors, turn on exterior lights, and activate all security systems.
Every night during the month of December, the police department will send out a nightly reminder on social media at 9 PM to lock up.
