
Montrose, IA- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrests of four individuals on felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
According to a news release, two Montrose men and two Montrose women were arrested Monday, January 29th, on multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
46-year-old Joseph Patrick Frank of Montrose is charged with Possession of more than five grams of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, Maintaining a drug house, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and an active arrest warrant for failure to appear.
19-year-old Julian Orion Frank of Montrose is charged with Possession of Marijuana with intent to deliver, Iowa drug tax stamp violation, Maintaining a drug house, Possession of a controlled substance, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
43-year-old Amber Rena Meyers of Montrose is charged with Possession of over five grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, two counts of Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of a controlled substance, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
69-year-old Carla Jo Mikolajczyk of Montrose is charged with Harboring a fugitive from justice, and Maintaining a drug house.
The charges came after a search warrant that was executed at a residence in Montrose.
Investigators were following up on reports that Joseph Frank, who had an active warrant, was being harbored at the residence and was involved in the distribution of controlled substances.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force was assisted by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the Montrose Police Department, the Fort Madison Police Department, the State of Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, and the Lee County Attorney’s Office.
