Muscatine, IA- The Iowa State Patrol has identified the person killed in a UTV accident Saturday in Muscatine.
According to the ISP, the crash occurred at about 8:10 PM Saturday, April 13th, when the UTV going northbound on Burlington Road struck a deer, and rolled multiple times before coming to rest in a ditch.
58-year-old Elizabeth Hackett of Muscatine was killed in the accident, while the three other occupants of the vehicle were injured and taken to the University of Iowa Hospital for treatment.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
