Burlington, IA- Des Moines County Conservation is inviting residents to join them for an exciting adventure along the Flint River Trail.
According to a news release, the Bike-a-Trail event will take place on Saturday, May 18th from 9 to 11 AM. The event will begin at the Flint River Trail Parking Lot, just south of Hickory Bend Recreation Area.
The ride will cover about 8 miles along the Flint River Trail and gravel roads.
Registration for the event is required so that preparations can be made, and bikes can be arranged for those who need them, as the number of bikes available is limited.
