Burlington, IA- The Burlington Parks and Recreation Department is reminding residents that the grand opening of the new Dankwardt Park Playground is set to take place on Thursday, May 9th at 4 PM.
The celebration will begin with a ribbon cutting and remarks from city officials at 4:30 PM.
The new playground offers 25,000 square feet of play features, accessible surfacing and play elements, site amenities, landscaping, and fun for all.
