Burlington, IA- The Des Moines County Auditor’s Office has announced the hours for in-person absentee voting for the 2024 primary election.
According to a news release the Auditor’s Office, located on the second floor of the Des Moines County Courthouse, will be open for in-person voting from May 15th through June 3rd from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
The Courthouse will be closed on Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day.
The Auditor’s Office will also be open on Saturday, June 1st from 8 AM to 4 PM for absentee voting. The last day for in-person absentee voting is Monday, June 3rd.
All absentee ballots being sent by mail must be in the Auditor’s Office by 8 PM on June 4th to be counted.
